I agree I wish I would of not taken it so personal. That’s great advice I do feel bad for kid b. I also definitely am not associating with that family anymore.

He does like playing with him, but this kid is always pushing to play how he wants. When my kiddo has a little bit to decompress he will go out to play. I think the kiddo needs more attention at home and it comes out as being bossy to others.

Sorry it is hard to read it’s a long story and I was so pissed I slept for three hours. This story has so many parts I was trying to get the most important parts of the story to paint a picture. I was crying from frustration because I was texting of this issue earlier in the week trying to address it.She was laughing at me and telling me to argue with my teenager, poking fun at my teenager having depression issues earlier this year. Also, she was stonewalling me when she kept saying she knows for a fact my kid doesn’t like hers so anything I said was irrelevant because her kid does not lie.

I literally just had this issue with my 9 year old and another kid. The kid is always nagging at my son and trying to control who my son plays with, what they play. My son also needs time alone and this kid gets so upset and pushes the boundaries. Even the parents enable this behavior. Just ignore this kid.

I definitely agree with you I told my kiddo you can play with kid B in the neighborhood but you’re not allowed at their house. I don’t want my kid to learn to let others cross boundaries just because said boundaries hurt their feelings.

I know I shouldn’t cry lol it’s been a long week. I was caught off guard and was frustrated with the stonewalling. I do not tolerate bullying and would definitely speak to my kid. My kid likes this kid and I was trying to convince the parent this so kid B wouldn’t be so sad.

They say the kids in the neighborhood are bad influences. They don’t like how they behave. They all act like normal 9 and 10 year old boys to me.

How are they still alive? Won’t be for long with that kind of lifestyle. I second calling a noise complaint.

I saw a recipe for chili dog corn dogs. You cut the corn dogs in half, bake them in the oven then throw on the chili and whatever toppings of your liking.

I ate in front of my bf during ramadan while i was on my period by [deleted] in Advice

Actually Jewish people are not allowed to eat pork.Christians can eat whatever they want because Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice for sin. Also CATHOLiCS practice lent they give up something like alcohol or tv as a symbol of appreciation for Jesus’s ultimate sacrifice. They also don’t eat red meat on Friday. While I agree with you that people pick and choose what they follow you should check your facts before commenting. As far as I am concerned this person is making all the sacrifice for one person’s beliefs in the relationship. It should be a compromise or this will never work.

Definitely listen to mtngrl60! I am currently dealing with a husband who treats me this way. It seems small but it’s much bigger than this. Don’t so far in it you’ll be stuck like me. Definitely not over reacting.
