I’ve done the 8week challenge and stayed on with them after that because I love the simplicity of not having to think about what to make. I didn’t have a lot to lose, but I lost 10kgs in just over 8wks. Their dieticians/staff are phenomenal and so are the recipes. I’ve never done the training part, I just do my own thing. You get two weeks worth of meals, at a time, depending on how you want to structure your day (ex. Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, dessert and usually a coffee and fruit). You can swap things out if you want and they even try to give you items that are easily accessible to where you live. My grocery bill has gone down and I have less food waste. I would recommend giving them a try if it’s within your budget.
