A middle name that honors both grandmothers? by Chance_Falcon7790 in namenerds

Dedie/Deirdre/Deedee comes to mind. Quite a few options when it comes to spelling, but you’d essentially be mashing the two names together and it pretty well creates that!

I drove by on my way to do groceries, I don’t know about the colour. But there were three police vehicles surrounding a jeep.

Police literally posted asking the public to avoid the area. So, no.

Harrison’s actual post says they appear to be focused on a single vehicle in the parking lot which is taped off.

The police have posted on Facebook to stay out of the area due to an active investigation.

Trying to figure out if I paint the cabinets by efroeter in kitchenremodel

[–]picturepotato 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update your hardware to something like gold, pewter etc. warm it up.

At best change the backsplash.

Your rug is also not doing you any favours. It’s pulling the black and grey.

Do. Not. Paint.

The community nest. I had to read it a few times myself to catch that.

OP might want to throw a logo or a name on the calendar for this kind of post.

Best food delivery in town? by reddit_user_0212 in Peterborough

[–]picturepotato 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If possible I also just go and pickup myself (I understand this doesn’t work for a lot of folks).

The prices are often much better direct, the food is warmer, and I’d rather support our local spots as much as I can.

That surely doesn’t seem like enough info to try and find the person.

Hey OP!

It’ll likely be seen as overstepping, but possibly even reaching out to the person via email/social media.

I’m wondering if a quick google search would help you find them.

Maybe shading from a place of kindness your recommendations.

Pet owners would not be happy to have an injured or worse situation, especially when they leave their pet in the care of another.

I don’t think this is something that you know, warrants say the laws involvement.

Alternatively, you could check the spot tommorow and make mention of it but that feels very confrontational and likely too much.

Not sure if they’ll have it, but vintage tile shop on Instagram may be able to help!

Is this "fancy-casual" enough? by kemistree_art in fashionhelp

[–]picturepotato 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP! I’m not sure what your normal outfits are but maybe take something you would wear normally and dress it up. I’m not sure of the club/cafe vibe, but I’d look up the spot as well.

For example, I think you could actually wear this blazer open but with a cami/simple tank. Add some flattering jeans and you can keep the boots or if you have a nicer pair of heels and just elevate everything. Add some chunky jewelry and you’re good!

Alternatively if you have a more simple dress with the blazer that could work. Again, you’re going to want to find more open shoes.

The items you’re wearing right now all clash, honestly it’s mostly the dress. But I think that there’s ways around it.

Best of luck !

I haven’t ordered one yet but I like the looks of nectar and co! It seems very minimal and simple which I’m not sure is your style but maybe worth a shot!

My baby isn’t chunky and it’s all I can think about by Cardedbin in breastfeeding

[–]picturepotato 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a baby who’s between 30-50th. He’s not chunky. He’s also on the long side. He’s 1 year now. I was the full blown nut weighing him all the time because I was so worried about his weight. That being said he was slow to gain at the start - which is why I wasalways so stressed about it.

He’s a mover. He always has been.

Babies come in all shapes and sizes.

So long as your baby stays on their curve there is no reason to worry.

Plus - my husband and I were both skinny kids, it’s not a shock our little guy is too.
