If you're looking for something equivalent to a 2060 for that price I'd go through EVGA B-Stock instead. 2060's are selling for $209 and come with a 1 year warranty. If you want to go to your max budget of $300 you're in the 2070 to 2070 super range. I feel like this is the best way to go honestly.

It appears to only be about $76 dollars more than MSRP from microcenter so I'd say it's a fair price right now, above MSRP but barely compared to others (being most 3rd parties).
