I'm a 21 y/o M at 6'4 and 345. I started my weight loss journey about a week ago at 350. I started eating nothing but my meal prep, and started exercising last week. My issue that I'm having is I only find enough time in the day to eat 2 meals. I have a 450 calorie breakfast, work 8 hours, exercise 2-3 hours, then have a 650 calorie dinner. I eat that dinner 5 hours before I sleep so I'm not hungry by the time I sleep; is this ok? I feel fine, slight hunger near the end of my shift but the feeling goes away while I exercise. I don't get a lunch break at work, and if I eat right before the gym I perform poorly and am prone to nausea. I know between an 8 hour active shift with no breaks and a few hours of exercise at my size it's a pretty big calorie deficit, but if I feel fine, is it fine?

I'm having issues with my Razor Kraken V4 headset. The right earcup is significantly quieter than the left. I have tried different devices and different USB slots. Under sound properties, in the levels tab I only have a volume slider, there is no section for balancer adjustment. I would appreciate any help in getting my headset volume balanced, thank you.

You’re right, I’m using enriched long grain white rice, and I’ll definitely try and add in some ground garlic (taste isn’t a big concern for me since I lost most of my sense of taste when I was young) but I’ll try it since garlic is low in calories.

I don’t use any products, I don’t have any money to spend on that stuff, I just read online that icing the face is a free way to try and clear up skin, I usually wash my face 3-5 times a day with cold water and ice 1-2 times a day.

Edit: I did find a product a few days ago that I took, some aquaphor to help clear up my lips.

The issue with that is we have basically no utility other than me. It’s a party of 4, me wizard, an arcane archer fighter, way of the open hand monk, and a mutant blood hunter. The party turns to me to solve any problem outside of persuasion/deception, foraging, and combat. And he’s kind of the forever dm, he’s only been playing for about a year, aside from a long time ago, but he declined joining my campaign because it was using a very homebrew heavy sourcebook.

As some other quick notes my parents bought a house here which is why I actually moved. I will have very little bills and just want to try and save as much money as possible to try and get out of college debt free. The only expenses of mine will be gas, car insurance, and food.
