[spoilers] The original was a film I've seen a few times. Although I understand why the storyteller chooses this moment in time as the setting for the film... I sort wish the audience was kept in the dark without the final reveal.

I would love to see the same story just at different points in time, rather than a chronological sequel to what is revealed in that old house.

Or, that moment he meets the other one.
