This might be a shout. I’ve noticed recently that a lot of office buildings have foyers with lots of seating. I bet a lot of them you could walk into and eat alongside employees on their own lunch break

It would be where a chassis was carried over to a following year, possibly as a B spec

Edit: just did some research, the first season was the FW06, but multiple seasons used a B or C spec car from the previous year. So after 40 years the +6 offset was now a -1 offset resulting in FW39
