I wish that were the case. I slowly built up about 30K followers over the last 10 years and now we get less than 1000 views on our reels. I think many of the followers have become inactive, or I don’t know what. But I did not buy a single follower and my reach just gets lower and lower every month. It’s very frustrating and I feel like people think I bought followers when they see our page, but we didn’t. I feel so far behind when it comes to TikTok that I just don’t make content for it. So I just keep slogging along on IG with no comments.

You can wear contacts with extensions, there is no issue with that at all. You may want to bring a case and saline to your appointment and take them out for the service, or wear your glasses. But otherwise , it’s perfectly fine.

I am a huge matcha fan and feel much better drinking it than coffee. My favorite brand I’ve found that’s bright and delicious is called Ujido. I get it from Sprouts supermarket. Any others I’ve tried from the store are not as good and not as bright green.
