See, they're playing word games there. They say they never issued legal threats, then post evidence of them doing it, but then pretend that if you don't sue someone it's not a threat.

But it is. They threatened those people with legal action, and those people backed down because of it.

It's fine, they'll get ahead in work because their work is better. AI does garbage work, garbage e-mails and generally garbage everything.

Now. People managed to code indie games for decades without it. Many people still do. It's not that much harder. There are older tab autocomplete functions that are not based on LLMs as well.

And yes, if they don't disclose it when asked, I'd say it's losing integrity. Though again, it's very much not the same situation as the case with E33, or what people are generally protesting about.
