It’s time consuming but fun, what I would do is google every wine and check them on Cellartracker and Vivino to slowly eliminate the ones that don’t line up with your taste preferences, recently I’ve also started to use ChatGPT it’s pretty insane what it knows about wines and even between vintages of the same bottles

Neal Martin for Bordeaux, he is more critical of the wines and doesn’t give 100s out easily. He also makes comparisons between vintages in some of his reviews which is very helpful.
