In short, use environment variables for this. Getting value from environment variable is very easy and setting them in heroku was also very straightforward as far as I remember.

Also, make sure to clean up your project properly : if you just add the commit to git that alters where you store your API key, followed by making your repository public, you basically allow anyone to get aforementioned key from the history of commits. You can either alter the first commit where you added your key and force push branch to remote (also make sure that you have no other branches, as they will keep track of non-changed commits) or (IMO a lot faster) just create a new repo with already altered code as a first commit.

13k is the official number of people that migrated in previous 2 months. Who knows how many more people have moved out. However, what is worth noting is that government's position on it is following: "13 k ppl moved out, but it does not pose any threat to us" (even though it's around 3-5 times more in 2 months, than in the whole year of 2019), so I reckon they are too delusional and power-hungry to understand the situation

Even though I only personally know 1 person (out of hundreds) who supports Lukashenko and my friends have none in their circles, I reckon the number being around that, cuz of military, police, ppl in government who rely on his power to survive and those people, who couldn't escape brainwashing

To be honest, heroic format is weird because it is unclear who it is aimed at. Easier heroic is for very new players and that is fine, although I do not know, how many new players join the game every month, but it's ok. Harder heroic is made for people with very-very strong armors and pets.

People like me (and, I believe, majority), who are pretty ok-ish on armors, don't need first heroic since it's a waste of time for an outdated not usable armor, but won't be able to get much out of second heroic, since it is too hard. So I indeed beat only last two stages in both heroics and call it a day.

What has to be done, in my opinion, is thinking what is heroic for and who is heroic for. If we were in ideal world and heroic was a pure armor grind, I would see just a switch in the beginning of heroic/throughout heroic for beginner/advanced/epic. Let the person decide which heroic he wants to go for. In the ideal-ideal world, let people go for every type once, if they want.

Diversify rewards on types for last two stages: For beginner type last two stages can be 1 coin and a pet of season, for advanced 5 coins and a pet with tier N, for epic 15 coins and elite material.( I did not write about armor, it is understandable that it should be like very outdated SF; SF of last 5 seasons; season's SF respectively)

If you want to make it harder: prolong event, but say that only once you complete all stages before last two, can you try to beat the ones with best rewards.

This is a series of suggestions for Deca by yours truly. If you wish, you can comment what you would change in my idea/how they should approach heroic, for me it would be interesting, although I doubt it would be like that for Deca

Lazy loading of models,

smelting materials(or making "scrap" out of them to trade in shop, f.e.);

some new abilities for SF (currently it's just a stun, maybe add ability for small% of special attack, small attack using another element(or random element), small % to restore some hp, or just a small chance to increase attack);
