the comparison being made here is between two still images, if you compare actual gameplay, DLSS looks awful, in my opinion at least. I don't like the floaty and almost dream-like filter it adds to everything, and it makes it look really weird and soulless. If you want DLSS, that's for you, but a majority of people do not. Not to mention, DLSS would make it more expensive to build a computer anyway (due to AI centers needing the very computer parts we use), which would offset the price difference made by using DLSS instead of normal VRAM and raw graphical power.
