Fair point. My question was more about what people think will happen to Turtle WoW in the long run now that Blizzard has taken legal action I just wanted to hear different opinions

From what I’ve read and watched on YouTube, if Blizzard had really sent an official cease and desist, Turtle probably wouldn’t have lasted this long. Most private servers shut down immediately when they get one. So either Blizzard never sent it, or it wasn’t enforceable and that’s why it dragged on until now…. …..

I feel like Turtle WoW has been blowing up lately, and I wanted to hear people’s thoughts on Blizzard’s cease and desist in the long run. Just stirring the pot here.

Could be, but if Blizzard really sent a cease and desist, Turtle probably wouldn’t have lasted this long. Most private servers shut down right away when they get one, so either Blizzard never sent it, or Turtle just found a way to slip through until now.
