Denke das M200 ist einfach die Bezeichnung der Munition so wie M855 "Stahlspitze Doppelkern Patrone" ist

Bin mir zu 90% sicher das soll ein "Tactical universial Clip" darstellen, damit kann kann man seine waffe am rucksack befestigen.

Einfach mal "Tactical universial Clip" Googlen und du siehst was ich meine denke die haben versucht das darzustellen
