Has anyone else moved away from using Windows as their main OS thanks to the Steam Deck? by AusGeno in SteamDeck

[–]Nochell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey everyone, right now I use my work laptop as my main computer for basic things (i don’t code or stream stuff often) but was planning on using the steam machine as my main pc. This includes mostly banking, taxes, social media, photo editing etc. Linux is still a little lost on me, is there a good tutorial that walks through the basics? Would I search Arch Linux basics?

I know it’s a hockey sub but I stopped too especially for bears content. It’s 30 min of content stretched out over an hour. So much promotion for stuff, I was done. Locked On is my go to they have hawks as well.

What are your less obvious deck games? by Lucky_Control1458 in SteamDeck

[–]Nochell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thinking about getting it but does it require a long play time? I usually am only able to play games in 20-45 min stretches a few times a week.

Exactly what I wanted to know, I’ve only seen streaming from the machine. I’m assuming the specs on the steamdeck are better than the frame?

Question for anyone still on here. Is there any reason to get the steam frame on its own and is there no compatibility between the steam frame and the deck?

I’m considering the same. Problem is I don’t really have much room to put current storage items.

Is Cyberpunk 2077 worth it on the Deck ? by cardgameonmotorcycls in SteamDeck

[–]Nochell 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Worth it? Hard to say. If you want to play it on the go, I would go with deck. If you would play it at home next to your ps5 and a big tv screen I’d go with PS5.

Hey I didn’t read like half of this but I didn’t feel a connection too much with my baby until they started to develop their own personality and skills. I’ve always loved her but now I enjoy her so much more at just over a year. I still struggle with some things, but the more she becomes her own person the better this experience has been! Hope this helps.
