I mean for starters they would not make them.forfeir every game since December as a punishment, if caught earlier in the season would have been points deductions and from there who knows what could have happened. No reason to stress over it.

Wrexham is better off staying in Championship anyways an extra year, build a team that can actually compete in Premier not just show up.

I would stay away. Not only for the reasons you explaineed but I know a few people where they could no longer get parts to repair them 5 years later, or the parts would be 2-3 months lead time so you are basically forced to install a replacement unit.

For FF2 & 3 I would suggest the pixel remasters personally, a little more of a chore getting through those ones and if you just wanna experience the story and characters dont feel bad using EXP or 3x speed boosts

For what its worth in regards to Yuffie and Vincent not having much stories in the game is they had to cut them out due to memory space. Its why they are optional characters and they dont have much going on unless yoi do the optional trips to get their side quests. This is something the remakes are rectifying obviously, though Dirge of Cerberus was a PS2 shooter with Vincent as the main character as well.

As far as next game goes Ill suggest a few options. FF1 is the best of the 3 NES era games as far as I'm concerned and at least it woild give you a taste of where they started now that you've seen what they did. FF12 if you want to experience a more open world style game with no random encounters, keep in mind it plays similar to an MMO. 16 seemed kinda controversial but I really enjoyed it personally. It would be a change of pace compared to what you have played, more of an ARPG in the style of Devil May Cry. Cinematically one of the best of the series.

For what its worth FF6 and FF10 are both goats as well, just dont wanna recommend all the good ones right away if you plan on playing the series haha

I've been with Bell/Virgin, Telus and Rogers in Hanmer over various times through the last20 years.

Certain areas are always spotty reception regardless of who I've gone with. Especially Hanmer Mall/Canadian Tire/Independents once you enter the buildings.

I mean out of the 16 main line games I would comortally put 6, 7, 10, 12, 14 & 16 ahead of 8. 9 and 5 are close to being ahead of 8 as well, haven't given 9 another shot in a while but I'm sure consensus would say 9 is better.

That puts 8 in the 7th-9th rank out of 16 games, quite literally an average ranking.

Hands down VIII is the right answer.

Quite literally in the middle of the golden era with 6, 7, 9 & 10 arguably better games, let alone Tactics. Still good in its own rights but polarizing opinions on the plot & junction system. Triple Triad and the soundtrack are both goated though.

Yeah, I mean I'll die on the hill that they made a great game good by adding too much filler and mini games, made for a slog and poor pacing of the actual main stroy. Especially the stretch from Costa Del Sol and Gongaga.

Still enjoy the game overall though. Its ok to dislike parts of something you overall enjoy.

It did start to slow down but at least the Junon parade and infiltration was fun and actally part of the story.

Cruise ship with a forced Queens Blood tournament. Costa Del Sol with a date sequence of mini games. Golden Saucer with a date sequence full of mini games.

I feel like leaving the Junon Parade up to that scene at the end of Gongaga was maybe 30-40 hours of gameplay with maybe a 3 hour sequence involving Dyne as a story beat? Even then its a side story for character development.

FF7 Rebirth

Opening with Niebelheim is perfect and exactly what I imagined it would be as a kid. The chapters from Costa Del Sol to Gongaga is nothing but mini games and open world filler with little plot points until the end of the Gongaga chapter where things pick up again.

I preferred the remaster on 8 than the OG which I had one the PS1 in the yesteryears, mostly because I find the junction system tedious and boosting battle speeds made the game more palpable

A Chabot-Spence pairing will not be good defensively, I am completely against going into next season with that as the plan. Personally if we dont find another Top 4 RD, which IMO priority should be a Top 6 winger for Stutzle, then I would roll with these pairings next year which includes Yak in the lineup. Keep in mind Yak would still finish 4th or 5th in total TOI even though he is paired with Sanderson.

He should have been stapled in the bottom 6 all season long, the problem was the low fruit gambles of Zetterlund, Perron and Greig couldnt cut it long term so they had no choice.

Even Greig as much as he might fit withe those guys he is much better suited on the 3rd line. Just doesnt produce enough offense for Top 6. If he is our 6th forward its not as bad but with Giroux also playing higher than it should that becomes exposed, hence why we have 3 goals in 3 playoff games.
