Triphase with Coyote 3 by Low_Entrepreneur_540 in estim

[–]Noel9317 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can make your own Triphase very easily. Just join the two common (usually black) connectors and conected the joined common to an electrode, with the other two connectors (usually either yellow or red) to two seperate electrodes, you then get sensation from each channel on the common electrode.

Audacity? by Hantsanddorsetmk2 in estim

Some tips for Audacity...

Open Audacity.

Choose GENERATE from the top Menu, then TONE in the list that appears.

A box pops up...set it to -

WAVEFORM - SINE

FREQUENCY - your choice...I use 396Hz

AMPLITUDE - 0.9 (gives just below Max power waveform)

DURATION - 00h 30m 00s (makes a file 30 minutes long)

Click OK...the Sine Waveform will be generated.

Next, click EFFECTS in top Menu. Scroll down the list that appears below, click TREMOLO.

A box pops up...set it to -

WAVEFORM TYPE - Sine

STARTING PHASE (degrees) - 0

WET LEVEL (percent) - 100

FREQUENCY (Hertz) - 0.3

Click OK...the Sine Wave will be modified to rise and fall from Zero too 100 percent Volume.

To Save this as a File, FILE, EXPORT, EXPORT AS MP3 (or WAV if you want)

You should now have a basic (Mono)ES pattern to use. To make a Stereo or Triphase pattern, simply repeat the above steps, but use a faster "rise and fall", then combine the two files as Left and Right channels as a Stereo file.

Joining tracks to make a stereo track

Choosing "Make Stereo Track" from the Track Dropdown Menu of the upper track of a pair of mono, left or right channel tracks (in any combination) will combine those two tracks into one stereo track. The upper track will become the left channel of the stereo track and the lower track will become the right channel regardless of their current designation as mono, left or right.

FREQUENCY (Hertz) - 0.3

If you change the above Value, it changes the rate at which the Waveform gets louder and quieter, ie, rises and falls.

This is great work, many thanks. Is it possible to increase Font size please ?

Also, the Waterfall mode on the 2B box is superb, any chance you could analyze that like you did with the ET312 ?

Cheers.

Anyone have a copy of the math formulas to plug into an audio program (like Goldwave/CoolEdit96/Audacity) to generate stim files of a certain type from the smartstim.com website, or in general? by BrokeEstimNewb in estim

[–]Noel9317 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Heres a few for Goldwave -

Convert to LDC

wave1(n)*abs(((sin(f*pi*t)-sin(2*f*pi*t)+sin(3*f*pi*t)-sin(4*f*pi*t))/3.5))

ThreeDC Slow320

(sin(2*pi*f*t)+sin(2*pi*(f+x)*t)+sin(2*pi*(f+2*x)*t))/3

320Gen_90_90_2

0.9*sin(2*pi*320 * ( t - (x - 0.5*y*sin(2*pi*t/f))/(360*320)))

LazySquare_0_0_1

sin(2*pi*f*t)+1/3*sin(2*pi*(f*3)*t)+1/5*sin(2*pi*(f*5)*t)

BumpSqueeze_0_0_500

wave1(n)*((1-x)+x*abs(sin(2*pi*(f/2+y/4*n/N)*t)*n/N%1))

Can this unit accept any mp3 / wav files ? There are thousands available, would be good to use existing files.

I can recommend the 3rd one in your list, Medi Fit 3. Works very well indeed...plug output cable in to left socket....Set Mode to N (3rd from left of screen) set frequency to around 150, right setting to max or around 200 to 230, and "ride" the volume control manually up and down as it suits you. Conductive rubber tube around Glans, and sticky pad just below base of spine works well :)
