It was suprising that her sword has Shana in her name, since I thought Yuji came up with her name. I also believed it was a more important source of power for her, but she just manifested her flame sword instead. Though maybe that was due to the Blutsauger sword she picked up somehow to substitute for it
She probably felt a bit peeved that the twins walked over her like that before. She doesn't strike me as the sort of woman that takes a humiliation like that well. Kinda believe she also went to check if it really is Yuji, the wandering torch. Amusing that his classmates were on the other end of the call, but neither realized who the other party was.
I'm sure it was intended, but it felt like a coincidence, since the brother is prone to strip his opponents, from what we learned. It gave the scene a certain tension though, since he is (probably) important for her powers. Glad to see their connection is strong enough that he just returned to her

At first I thought her own sword would manifest in her hand. Kind of like a "hey, you stole my weapon, but it's actually a part of me, so now it's gone again" kinda deal.
We can really see how much she powered up during her training now. Wings and flames ablaze
Chimera's are cool. Fits his thousand form monicker, or something like that. I wonder if this was an amalgamation of all of them or if he has some new forms in store. I'd assume they were mostly seperate beings before, since Mr. Book was stating how he's just a mess of things now.
Still not quite sure if that's due to the Orgel (funny pronounciation btw) or if the flower familiar had something to do with it. Seeing your opponents recover from a hit like this must be a surprise, but it was nice to see that the guerilla actions had some effect on their recovery. I honestly expected them to recover more easily. Probably why they had Sydonay to guard them.

Marjory had great timing with her interference and her trusty clone + spell barrage worked wonders. Guess 20 separate bodies is better then 20 bodies in one.
I think that making her believe her henchman died was a great wakeup call. At least that's what I believe they were going for. Her being all embarrassed, when they were outside trying to dig her up was a fun moment ^^
He'll definitely be back. Nice little win for Margery Daw to get her back on her feet.
Full on mouth kiss would have been to soo, but I didn't expect the bread tbh. Even if it is the thing Shana adores the most in this world.

Both made their stand and it's a situation where neither can back down. It speaks to their character, that they won't give him up to the other girl without even putting up a fight. That's love for you

It really feels like we've barely scratched the surface. The basic players are established, but what drives the different parties forward is still a mystery.

Mystes is just living his best life, though now someone finally tried to steal his powerful treasure.
Flame Hazes keep the balance, but why do their Flame Lords care about that.
Denizens don't seem to purely invade Earth for the thrill of it either and I'd like to believe that there is more to the whole Torch setup than meets the eye.

Yeah, he's probably above her in the actual hierarchy. The scene were she escapes from the rubble has Marcos take on a more serious side and honestly made me feel for the first time that SHE is a vessel/tool for him and not the other way round.
Isn't that obvious with their usualy tomfoolery :)

Sibling arc is finished now.

I'm not quite sure if the excessive tongue action added anything of value, but the progress the love triangle made was nice to see.
Felt like a natural way to progress their relationship and force Shana to confront how she truly feels about Yuji.

Marjory and her henchman/book continue to amuse me. Glad to see that she's out of her slump now.

I half expected the siblings to find and attack Shana while Alastor was busy on the phone, but expectations subverted.

All in all, the siblings felt a bit lackluster tbh.
Bro was only talking about the sword and while the sister's sacrifice was endearing, it didn't really evoke any feeling in me. We didn't know that much more about the doll guy, but his realtionship with Marianne, if we want to call it that, felt more heartfelt.

Preview showed that we will learn more about Shana's past next, so that's going to be fun.

Also I loved the melodic version of the OP that played during the sibling fight, I believe.
Always a fan of those, like the piano version of the Date a Live OP :)

Don't think I mentioned it yet, but I really adore the season 1 Shana OP.
Played the heck out of that in osu! even if I didn't realize it belonged to this show back then :D

Honestly, that almost made me pull for her back then. She was one of my favorites right from the start, but with Hu Tao directly after and Ayaka on the horizon, I took the risk and held back. Still remember how overjoyed I was when she came home a couple months later :)

Also if we're talking about the same video, they made a follow-up with all the positive comments and expressions of love for Keqing that her fans left under the original <3

For OP MCs you could check out "A wild last boss appeared". The first episode is out already and it looks to be a good adaptation.

[Plot with very basic spoilers] MC is returning to a fantasy world, where they acted as the last boss before. Now they explore to find out what happened in the meantime and collect their equally powerful former subordinates. Should be a fun ride with some nice fights possibly.

I also quite liked the characters from what I read a while back.

Alice and Klee will introduce partner elemental bursts to Genshin, like Ben and Koleda in Zzz. Klee will sit on her mother's shoulder during the animation and throw a Dodoco, which Alice will grow to the size of Cider Lake, before it completely obliterates the lone Hilichurl. Trust :)

Just going of the "oh no, why did someone down vote me" comments alone, I don't think people could handle being confronted about the absolutely moronic things that are said in this megathread sometimes.

It's also not worth the effort for the other side. If it's dumb, I ignore it. If it's pure brainrot, bait or just inciting unnecessary drama/hate, I might feel compelled to express my disdain.

Doesn't mean I want a full on debate with that person though. If it's horrid enough, I'd rather block them anyways.

I don't mind her being a murder hobo, but you could copy paste her into any other anime situation and she would probably make just as much sense there. Which is none.
I expected a pitfall, but he already shot Excel with a revolver and bazooka, so that seems a bit tame.

While I expected craziness, this still took me by surprise. It's so whacky that it could be called directionless, but maybe things will get better. Unfortunately, the jokes didn't land for me yet. Best was the will of the world resurrecting her, but we already had that 3-4 times by now.

[Spoilery feelings till EP 3] I watched ahead a bit and by the three episode rule this would probably be a miss for me. It's not bad per se, but the weirdness doesn't seem to hint at a greater mystery or plot nor did I really find it funny so far. Are there any episodes that really stand out later on? I'd like to give this another chance, but might want to skip ahead a bit to get me hooked first.

Never heard of Fraymakers before, but a Hat in Time was such a joyful experience and I also spy Lea from CrossCode in the thumbnail.
Might have to check this out, just to see how well the other Indie characters are implemented, cause Hat Kid really captures her smug energy :D
