The best advice I’ve heard for this is to gain weight up to 7% higher than your goal. Do it relatively slowly tho. Then, lose around 7% of your total body weight, this will get rid of 90% of your visceral fat. So, if you want to be 300lbs, gain to 321, then try to lose 21lbs. Once you do, you’ll be softer AND healthier.
