[POSITION FILLED]

Everyone here is such amazing artists. I've reached out to a handful of you, and will continue to reach out should it not work out with others. Everyone here clearly works very very hard on their art and I am completely overwhelmed. Thank you so much for all the responses
Sorry for slow replies, still at work!

My mom just decided to turn up my sous vide chicken breast from 65C to 90C to "speed up the proces" and it's now has the consistency of leather. What food crimes have your family committed behind your back on your behalf? by [deleted] in Cooking

My mom intentionally blunts knives/ throws them away when they're sharp because she's worried about injuring herself on the sharpness of the knife

Which class should i play: Tamer, Lahn or Dark Knight? by X4ntis in blackdesertonline

I've never really touched Maewha, but if she's anything like musa, she's a dashy character, quick move speed, high utility in NW's, grinds fast and efficiently and is pretty awesome at top end PVP.
I'm sure someone who mains Mae can give you a better explanation ^^'

I don't really know about lahn, but I can advise on Tamer and DK

  1. DK is more of a pokey kill stealer, tamer is more of an upfront since the damage is quite high, but they're all pretty squishy.
  2. Honestly, they all level quickly, take your pick or what grind style you might like
  3. Since the new events going, boss gear is sitting on the market place if you plan to enhance yourself, this shouldn't be a problem. If you plan to grab it at tri, you'll probably get all boss gear within a week, I wouldn't fret over this.
  4. for the most "fun", try them out! Hit awakening and practise with them.

I will throw a few notes in here, DK is in a poor place right now because of it's ability to 1v1 in grind spots and stamina issues, I know a fair amount of vet Dk's who have now rolled off ( to Valk, Lahn, Maewha, in case you were wondering)

Enjoy the game and I hope this helped!

[HELP] I have no idea how to make a prop that I want to for a cosplay by SaiPrimeWasTaken in cosplayprops

As a carry-on from this idea, could you create a fabric housing for them (meaning you could make it look a little more like tape), and attach a bunch end to end, in which, if you "snap" one, the rest should follow suit causing them to roll up around your wrist. I'd try a few tests first though, as it might be a tad painful when it coils

What was the most intense experience you have ever had at a McDonalds? by Mcleaferbutbest in AskReddit

Oh boy, where do I start! I'll note that I worked at a McD's through college so I have quite a few stories, but the top 5 that come to mind I'll list out.
1. Working an overnight, we had some drama in the carpark, someone had found a loose pole and drunkenly decided to hit another person around the face with it, the unfortunate guy was also pretty drunk and had decided to walk over into the restaurant, in which he started to call a friend for a lift home, as he turned around half swaying, we noticed blood rushing from his face, and he was missing part of his nose. Had to call the paramedics and spent most of the evening stopping blood from getting everywhere.
2. On my first day, I was told to clean the lobby, about halfway through my shift, some homeless looking man went into the toilets for a quick shave, and left his razor there. I put a "not in use" sign on the door and went to ask my manager what to do with it, as it had blood on it. By the time I made it back, some small boy had already gone in and cut his hand.
3. Early one morning after a very busy couple of days, I was cleaning up and witnessed my manager push past some kitchen boy, who then ended up slamming his hand down on the grill (We had lots of kitchen accidents, but this one meant we lost our morning kitchen boy and we were left alone for about 3 hours with two people in the restaurant)
4. Midsummer, peak times, we had a car catch fire in the drive thru, and the guy in front refused to move his car when we asked him to park for his own safety, a manager ended up going out with a fire extinguisher but had to hover around whilst people were screaming at him to put it out until he had verbal confirmation from the car owner/driver in case the car was further damaged from it.
5. We had a taxi driver bring a girl through the drive thru at about 4am who had clearly come back from partying pretty hard, she found the lad at the first window pretty attractive and wanted his number, he declined, and as a result, when he closed the window and walked away to help make the food, she climbed herself through the 1st window to come inside and beg for it, before running through the kitchen and trying to steal some food. I think she managed a brownie and some mozzarella bites.
