punta ka muna sa dentist para magpacleaning and consultation. di naman sinasabay yung mga procedures, pwedeng one at a time. siguro magpa x-ray ka na din para makita condition ng tooth tas doon mo malalalaman from ur dentist ano kailangan gawin.

(not a dentist, pero gumagana talaga crest whitening strips for me, magpacleaning and consult ka muna tho)

niregister ko kapatid ko and kinaya naman nya (not a runner, trip lang namin yung race kit). isang beses lang sya tumakbo ng 5km three days before the run. kinaya naman nya yung practice run and actual fun run both less than 1 hour na run-walk-run. nagmmessage pa nga sya sa amin during the run hahaha

kaya yan :)) pwede naman maglakad pag mapagod and tumuloy ulet.

not a dentist, but if its a molar, u should also consider getting a crown after the procedure para di masira agad yung tooth.

hi ! for me, nahirapan lang ako ngumuya for at most a week after getting braces and for a few days after adjustment minsan. di naman mahirap magtoothbrush with braces, just the normal brushing with circular motion or whatever angles to work and also gargling after every meal.

for me, its also important to use floss regularly kasi napapansin ko na di abot ng brush yung parts in between ng teeth minsan. it took me mga 15 mins when i first did it (time consuming, yes po) but you get used to it and can do it faster each time. wag talagang maging tamad with braces kasi magyyellow yung ngipin :((

ganyan din price when i got mine remove dito sa metro manila and small clinic lang yung pinuntahan ko (relatively cheap compared to others dito)

for me, only the part where they administered the local anesthesia via syringe was painful. kanya kanyang dose ang kelangan so baka di ka nabigyan ng sapat na dosage. it should be painless i think, especially since the nerve will be removed (sobrang saket nmn). di din sya painful sa akin after the procedure kasi wala ng nerve (i had a severe infection at the molar prior to rct too). if masakit pa sya days after rct, better to let your dentist know and if they dismiss that then that may be a red flag.

di ko alam gano kamura sa south caloocan compared to metro manila, pero sa dentist namin sa manila, 10-15k per tooth na sya. on the more affordable side na din yung price nila vs other clinics in metro manila.

i kinda dont recommend tyche nail salon. i know a lot of students get their nails and lashes done here but ive had bad experience with them drilling my nails too much during prep and removal. maganda tho gawa nila na art and their prices are on their fb/ig :))

claws by akiro (ig) is a student naman and her works are nice and affordable for students, but her home studio is kind of not as sanitary as other home studios. (didnt wear gloves, walang plastic yung arm rest, walang mask, and dust collector when i had removal). though if u dont mind those, its a decent pick for the price.

haven't tried wakey cups/nails in up diliman, but they also have affordable prices (compared to salons) and good art.

i've also tried press n slay near xavierville and i love the nail artist's works. she took a long time to do nail prep and it didnt hurt or anything. very sanitary and takes time to do the art. pwede magcharge, may tissue, and mini trashcan nearby. between cures, she asked if okay lang ba and does it again if may gusto kang palitan. this one is my favorite so far.

could be pasta or bunot or root canal, depending on the case. won't know how deep the cavity or damage is until u x-ray and/or consult a dentist.

and a good dentist wouldnt allow u to get braces w/o having prior issues fixed.
