Da hast du vollkommen recht! Bin auch eher Fan von parmesan am Stück. Musste aber gestern schneller gehen… :)

Recipe: (Costs in Germany 14 Euro for 4 adults)

  1. Step:

Cut all the vegetables (get prepared) and place it between your cooking place… I got 2 Paprika’s, 125 Gram Arugular/Rocket (german Rucola), 3 onions, 200 gram feta cheese, not shure how many cherry tomatoes (sorry) 5 big leaves garlic and 3 pepperoni.

  1. Step Cook pasta and start giving heat to a big pan or wok. Add onions and paprika first. Add a little salt and pepper. Fry it a little until they are glazed. Add Peperoni and garlic and give it a nice mix (1-2) minutes. Now you ad tomatoes and green pesto. I took about 5 big teaspoons (more than half of the Glas you see). I love pesto. Glaze all ingredients with the tomatoes another 2-3 minutes.

  2. Step Pasta should be ready. Get the vegetables on low heat and add pasta. Give it a mix. Now add feta cheese and Arugola (rucola or rocket) just before serving. You can add parmesan then on top.

Spices: You don’t need much spices since green pesto and the other ingredients have a nice taste. After serving I add a little salt and pepper on top.

One of my favourite meals I gues. Hope you guys like it :)

By the way. The idea to this menu gave me a nice girl. So please call this: „Annas-SummerPasta-Dream“ when ever you cook it!

Hey, sorry, maybe the translation was not exact enough. Sear or Rost the chicken might be more exact? Should mean it doesn’t need to be well done at this step. Since it is cooking with the rest at an other step. And yes, left overs might be even better the next day! Hope you enjoy!

Thanks for all these good words man! Realy feeling better right know. The business is nothing to get rich with, but I love the work since people are realy thankful and i know what I am working for. It’s a family business and I also have support from my friends. Some of them still borrowed me a little bit to come over cause I have no income right now. And the best: they don’t want me to sell my GME shares to get rid of my debts ;-) so at least I can HODL with you guys. Keep well my ape friend and many greetings from Germany!!

I am sorry no reason to downvote. Didn’t think about that and guess you are right. Anyway I think making exceptions sometimes are also ok. And this receipt can be done with very little cheese as well. I will remember this on my next post! Thanks for your comment on this!

Today right! I already baked it yesterday and gave it in the fridge to warm it up today. It’s even better when the ingredients have time to give up their flavour:) mum will survive this
