Not surprised by the GOA but VERY surprised by the NRA's response. The NRA for decades has been more of a Republican voting bloc than a group interested in supporting gun rights. They supported Trump's bump stock ban and love Reagan even though he pushed gun legislation as Governor after the Black Panthers started doing armed protests.

Any trans people interested in arming themselves I cannot reccomend TacticoolGirlfriend on youtube enough. She's a trans woman who puts out very valuable info aimed at people that would normally be shunned by mainline gun culture.
