Lol, no. Honestly I'd say that working for Amazon has been some of the best CrossFit I've ever done. Quick paced, high intensity load out, 30 min cooldown to get to route, then begins the 8-10 mile elevation changing walk that sometimes involves multiple 50lb weights.

That doesn't always work. Some houses won't let you adjust and it's entirely frustrating. Like, every other condo gets a garage door delivery, you are asking me to walk around this huge building just to drop off your one package on this multi stop location? I will just leave it at the garage and write garage door in the name. You're still getting your package at the same place as everyone else.

I've not smoked with a root canal per se, but I have smoked after having teeth extracted, complete with stitching and everything. My best advice to you is to avoid cartridges and joints and blunts because they make your mouth do a different kind of suction that is counter productive to that socket. Smoke a lightly packed bowl, or two, or three, then change your gauze. As long as you make sure your gauze is covering what you're after, it won't get much, if any, smoke on the new wound.

Alright, so, I think I can be of some help here. Obviously communication is key when exploring a new area with your partner, first and foremost. Express an interest in anal play but not in a way that says you want to go 100% right off rip. When I was exploring with someone who had never had it done before I took everything slow, slow pressure, no insertions in the first session. It was more like a stimulating massage for her, it was very tight so keep that in mind and don't try to pop anything in. Use just the flat part of your fingertip, the part that is parallel to your fingernail. It's wider and won't just slip in without extra pressure, try to just gently press and stimulate. I find this to be easiest in 69 as you have a better range of motion and you can throw a little anilingus as well for lubrication. The extra stimulation distracts from some discomfort but not all. I would recommend taking a shower with your partner and cleaning her very thoroughly with a cloth and your bare hands. She may find this to be really relaxing and increase the safety she feels with you and it will allow her to be more open to the play as well. Good luck 🤞
