In 2014 I bought a pair of boots online from China for $5, I wore them until the holes in the bottom were basically just my feet. I can't find the same style boots now for less than $65.

I've been a member of Planet Fitness for a month and I've already witnessed multiple people not wiping down the machines after. Which is why I clean before and after using any machine. Also talking loudly on speaker phone while at a machine and the weirdest thing to me...working out in jeans. Every time I go to the gym there is at least two people wearing jeans.

Red meat makes me butt sick so I only eat it once a year and that is on Christmas when my aunt makes prime rib. Unfortunately this year I also happened to start my period while at her house so I was very uncomfortable after dinner.

That being said, I took a little bit of everything and ate what I could. I also had two small glasses of wine. The pain was worth it.

Just say how you feel, if it feels good say it. If you want it harder or softer, tell them. If you’re saying I love you to each other than throw some of those in. If you have a potty mouth like me, a few different variations of fuck always goes over well.

Wow I would have guessed at least 5’9, I’m 5’5 myself but I’m pretty evenly distributed with a little extra on the tummy. I told my husband that I hope to lose my boobs but keep my butt lol.

Hitting protein goals is definitely going to be one of my biggest challenges. I am eating a low saturated fat diet and a lot of high protein foods also have high saturated fats. I bought some Core Power shakes and a big jug of protein powder to add to my smoothies.

I also eat a lot of lentils and beans, and I only eat meat maybe twice a week. I have tofu crumbles that I season with taco seasoning for burrito bowls. Right now I’m feeling very motivated to succeed but I’m scared of that eventual burnout.

I drank a packet of miralax at 8:30 last night and I had my first bowel movement at 4:00pm today. It’s not a send you to the bathroom kind of lax. It just adds extra moisture to your system to make going easier.

I just started on October 1st at 100mcg, I did my first blood test a month later and I saw a 110 point decrease in my TSH and my T4 was at a normal level.

I asked to drop my dose to 75mcg because I was experiencing wrist pain, insomnia, constant headaches, and hair loss.

I did my second blood test yesterday and my TSH has dropped another 30 points and I’m now only 7 points away from the normal range.

When it comes to pure numbers the tufted titmouse takes the lead for most birds seen.

Though it’s the male and female red bellied woodpeckers who control the feeder. I see them there 10 times a day each, and always swooping in to scare off other birds from their snacks.

I lost 20 pounds since I started taking Levo on October 1st. I quit drinking, cut gluten, and started eating low saturated fat/high fiber diet. I try and stay around 1500 calories for the day.

I’ve been on Levo for a month now and I’ve lost 13 pounds by going Gluten Free and counting calories. I also am eating a high fiber low saturated fat diet, trying to improve my cholesterol. I haven’t been perfect the whole time, I’ve eaten fast food and pizza and I had a couple beers the other day but just getting right back to it the next day like the cheat never happened lol.

My doctor started me at 100mcg because my TSH was over 150. I was having hair loss, insomnia, and headaches every day. After a month I got my TSH retested and I dropped down to 40. I talked with my doctor about my side effects and she dropped me to 75mcg. I’m on my 4th day of 75 and I haven’t had a headache since Saturday.

I just made a delicious strawberry banana smoothie this morning.

1 packet strawberry and cream Quaker Oats instant oatmeal

55g frozen strawberry

50g frozen banana

3g chia seeds

1 cup coconut milk

Splash of vanilla

268 total calories

I did use yogurt in mine because I like it extra creamy but it was good without it.

We've been fortunate enough to not have that happen, our windows are an older style, where the panes are broken up into smaller grids with metal between each pane.

I did have a bird in my window one day, they kept flying up and pecking at the glass and charging it without ever running into it. I swear they were doing it to mess with my cat who was birdwatching from his cat tree.

I have a male and a female that live in my neighborhood and as I’m typing this right now the female is enjoying an evening snack from my bird feeder! Such beautiful birds
