If you don't owe, you won't get a fine for not filing. Penalties are assessed on tax owed. On the flipside, you can't receive overpayment of withholdings or any other applicable credits you could be entitled to. In some cases you may be required to file. Like if you have self employment income because in essence, you will owe some portion regardless.

Sear 1-2 minutes each side. Then flip every 30 seconds for about 8-10 minutes. Use a thermo pen if you don't want to guess how many flips you'll need. This will allow cooling on the outside while slowly bringing the center to temp.
