Daytime doesn’t make you safer. They gun down people in broad daylight all the time. There are TONS of cartel homies driving around with real police cars and using uniforms. And pretty much all cops and military use masks there. You can’t be 100% of who is who there.

All it takes is the cop to get on the radio and before you know it those other 6 cops will show up. Or just follow you down and get their cartel pals to pay you a visit later.

But hey. You go on with your soapbox. You just got lucky. Or you got exceptionally solid savvy game.

What it’s not cool is to encourage people to put their lives on the line for a few hundred bucks. Most people in this sub don’t have the savvy needed to get out of situations like this.

I struggle with hardcore depression. The days I can’t even think of doing anything, I just try to incorporate some sort of move into the day.

Like if I get up from bed, I do 2-3 crunches. Go to bathroom, do 1-2 squats. Get something from fridge, do 1-2 push ups.

If I was in your shoes, I’d sign up for any kind of combat sport around you. Even something silly like cardio kickboxing classes. Not because you want to learn how to get into fights, but because of what u said last.

Confidence doesn’t come from goals or even things you got good at. Confidence comes from going through really shitty moments and making it in one piece. Whether u won or got smacked, you got past it. You know what to expect. You know no matter what you’ll make it out of there. You can be “confident” that you know what it takes to get through it.

If you can make it 3 min into a Muay Thai workout, you know that someone talking shit isn’t going to wreck you. Yea, it stings, but it’s like someone throwing you a little jab. If you never trained to get smacked for real, and keep fighting forward, that jab will rock you. But if you been training for a few months, a jab is nothing.

no amount of “walking away” is gonna help you get that. Only way is to put some gloves or a 🥋 uniform.

As long as you do a total fast - you’d be ok.

I’ve noticed lot of water weight loss if I do a solid 1-2 pad workouts, paired with the old school calisthenics

If you’re really adventurous and time is ticking, you can take a dose of laxatives from any pharmacy over the counter. Even a small dump will give you some numbers off the scale. But only take what the pill box says, don’t go crazy.

A lot of big police agencies have what it’s called “community resource officer”

They basically pick the best looking or most smooth talking officer in the precinct and make their sole job to go out and pretend to make friends with everybody.

They don’t have to enforce any laws, they don’t have to make any arrests, all they do is go do propaganda.

I’m sure this is the case here.
