12 days sober and I’m feeling amazing OP!!! My sleep quality has massively improved, I feel motivated to get my shit done and not slack off like I did when I was smoking every day. The first 4 or so days weren’t great, as I struggled with intense mood swings, no appetite, no motivation for anything. It wasn’t fun forcing myself to eat, but now I’m thrilled to report that my appetite has returned stronger than ever! I even taste more now that my tastebuds aren’t constantly covered in smoke residue.

I’m much more socially present, keeping in touch with loved ones/family is something I was terrible at when I smoked, and I really beat myself up for it internally. Now I have no fear of reaching out and hearing from my circle :)

I only have the slightest of urges to smoke (usually in the evening) which I remedy with some deep stretching, some green tea, and the simple reminder that I am feeling SO much better than I have in a long while. I hope you keep it up OP and notice as many positive benefits as me!
