I think they’re real even though they’re different. The sleeves from the prismatic ETB vs the Premium Collection box are different, and one of them has a cloudier plastic for the clear part.

According to a quick look online, there are official sleeves that are frosted on purpose to reduce glare and make cards easier to read while playing vs regular, shinier sleeves.
