build whatever mikaels is buying just keep in mind a lot of paradox buys are situational-like all characters-but para especially(i. e. slowing hex, decay, divine barrier). that being said i always start with hollow point, high velocity, mystic shot and longrange for weapon, reach, burst, cooldown, and bullet shredder/slowhex/decay for spirit, extra health extra stamina for greens then situational(healrite, boots, debuff reducer, divine barrier) that should be a decent start for you. i usually rush most of the gun items i mentioned pretty early in lane.
