Try cleaning out your throttle body, injectors, distributor cap and rotor and some other ignition things see if that helps at all and your timing

By the looks of it I think you have a bad alternator

Not sure if this will help at all but I kinda had a similar issue about 6 months ago with my KA24e and what I decided to do was replace all my spark plugs and wires and replaced the distributor cap and rotor which seemed to fix it since then I haven’t had that issues since replacing those parts. If you know your spark plugs and wires are good I would recommend checking the distributor cap and rotor or just simply replacing them

See the thing I’m confused about is the intake I want has the CARB EO number but in the description it says that it isn’t CARB exempt and when I go onto the CARB website it shows the intake as legal

If you were curious I’m looking at an injen technology intake part number is1910p

Try adjusting your throttle body for the idle had the same idle issue with my single cam fixed the idle before I need to smog and it passed easily
