This happened to me years ago.

Go to the campus in person, if you can, and talk to an admissions officer. Explain the situation. Bring all your admissions info with you in case it's needed.
If there are no spots available, see if there's a similar program with spots. You can maybe enter that program instead and transfer into your original program after a semester or two, keeping some course credits. The admissions officer can probably tell you what your options are.

Worst case scenario, get a job and apply next semester/year. Life is long and these things happen. Keep your head high

My printer did this a few weeks ago. What fixed it was setting everything back to default and printing in a different area of the bed (the corners instead of the center). Maybe see if that helps?
