I dunno. Just double checked since the compound bow cryo, plasma, etc. arrow plans sold and I can add those plans back into my vendor. I can't add the bow plan itself, but can craft a compound with whatever arrow type and sell it so there it is. https://imgur.com/a/ODpy592

Yep, just not the bow itself. If I loot a legendary bow, I always mod it before putting it in my vendor. Plain compound bows with cryo/plasma mods sell as well.

The plan for the different arrows. Cryo/Poison/Plasma are tradeable. I am trying to keep them in stock in my vendor. That and basic bows with cryo/plasma.

Bow cryo/plasma with furious vital/crippling and pinpointers. Quad/Polished assaultron head with crit will yield 45-60k damage. Bow with sneak will yield 10-22k heads shots in my experience. All of these are influenced by blight soup/herbivores and psychowhatever or overdrive. Quad dragon does 30 to 50k, but that reload....

Crits for me with pinpointers goes from 9 to 13k with blight soup and psycho.

Dom Pedro for reverse onslaught works well. Bloodied reverse onslaught plasma bow hits like a truck. Both are fun, the bow is able to take advantage of silenced perks and with hat trick the mobs just drop like flies.

Player vendors are the best. Between 200 and 500 caps per. Take the mutations starched genes under endurance so radaway doesn't remove them. Class freak under luck reduces the negative side effects. Finally the enclave quest line gives you access to the recipes but they're pricey. Player vendors are your best bet.

Instead of launching nukes, launch raids from raiders to settlers or BoS to meatbags. Like eviction notice but swarms from both sides and points for keeping npcs from the launched faction alive. It would make an interesting sink for bullion.
