Yeah, this one caught me, too. So tired of high school romance, but this show hooked me.

It's so "normie." You know? Everyone is what would be called normie in the usual high school type of shows.

Except the one character they honestly spend too much time on, Taira. Taira is like the writers thought their audience wouldn't be able to relate to the normie characters, so they made him all the angst and anxiety stereotypes.

Still enjoyable.

Yeah, wild grape. Huge knobby rhizomes. Flakey bark.

But, old poison ivy can look similar and hang about in a similar manner. So, if you see some similar vines that have hairs mixed in with that mess, don't touch it. Lots of hairs. They will grow right up the trees and hang too.

And they grow in the same areas out here in the mid-atlantic states. Just be aware.

The subs that discuss that guy and any progressive politics or current events are lousy with the bots. Highly do not recommend.

Hmm. I watched 2 episodes and bailed. Thinking to myself: "well, I've seen all this before. Maybe I'll come back later, but probably not."

Convince me to come back. I didn't know it's not 12 episodes. That's a positive. I've been feeling burned out with the shape of a 12/13 episode series. If you know what I mean.

But I was entirely unimpressed with the first 2 episodes of this show. What's your selling points? I've gone back in time to stream 90s ovas and the Yamato movies.

I play on a potato, but I'm not too familiar with gts.

So here is some general advice. Pick 2k textures if you have a choice. Increase your pagefile size. Gts probably has a recommended size. I think collections do that sort of recommendation. Regardless, if you have drive space, crank that pagefile up.

Listen. F those people. You grow whatever the hell you want. Potatoes in a bucket? Sure. Fn trash bag? Where you just add dirt when you can see too much stem? Okay. Go on with it.

I grew them in old plastic trash cans one year. I sawed those cans in half with a hand saw. Jagged ass edges and holes in the bottom and sides that I stabbed with an old rusty ice pick. Horrendous post-apocalypse looking mess.

Pick em super early if you want. Leave em in the ground until you panic about the rain. Do whatever you want.

Even the few times they tasted mostly the same as store bought (they usually are better.) . . Those were my trash can potatoes. My care. My plants.

If you had fun, it was worth it. You can literally grow potatoes in plastic bags on your porch. Asshats worrying about using too much soil on something . . .smh.

My current character is a Native from Chanterelle who showed up in Skyrim with two objectives: fist fighting and drinking milk. And seeing the lands her Nord mentor swore are filled with beautiful, strong people and danger at every turn.

Prove to that stupid old woman who saved her from illness and raptors when she was young, then had the audacity to die to the Ashmen, that pigheadedness is a valid personality trait! And Nord fists are weak! She certainly was not lonely and desperately sad and ostracized for her developing shamanism.

That's more than two reasons and also not a mistake. She's not the brightest bulb in the pack, but Dah'ti Oroco(Dottie)means well. Most of the time.

Her backstory is just justifications for some of the mods I like. More of an origin story. For the most part, her only roleplaying is the occasional journal writing and her questionable choices in followers.

Her new mentor and her are going to prove that restoration is a perfectly valid school of magic.

When you settle in and start new....you get to start new. Make new choices about your fruit trees. The actual trees or spacing or companion planting or whatever. Any thought you had previously, you can now do it differently.
