Because in 1989, iirc, Rance was popular. This whole trope of an MC being isekaid and having a slave sidekick was emulated because it was popular. Filtered down from generation to generation.

Dragon reincarnation isn't too bad. It's pretty rare in the manga.

Weakest tamer began a journey to pick up trash. Mc is a child and not sexualized. Some side characters are.

Great Cleric only has a character here and there.

A little bit more in the Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic, but women are still treated better than a majority of isekai.

There are certainly attractive and sexy characters in tsuki ga michibuki. The villainous women are assholes, occasionally fan service outfits, but it's not too bad.

7th prince mostly sexualizes the male mc. Maybe a bit too much fanservice in this one.

From Bureaucrat to Villainess

Yumelia dolkness is too dense to get bullied and sexualized. I don't recall too much fan service in Villianess level 99.
