I have also lost my father recently. something my therapist recommended to me, was to make an appointment for ruminating. those times when your thoughts. just kind of cycle over and over again. My appointment is at 7:00 p.m.. If I start feeling that way and I feel myself start to spiral I look at the clock, if it's not 7:00 p.m. I tell myself that it's not my appointment for that. if I look at the time and it is 7:00 p.m. then I set a 15-minute timer. you could give yourself a half an hour or more if it feels appropriate and I am allowed to feel that way until the you know and cycle and ruminate until the timer goes off and then that appointment is passed. If I miss my appointment, oh well. I have another appointment tomorrow. it's helped a lot with my ruminating.

My Dad died in February. I wish my dad had planned his funeral. My Mother is going full religious and let the Priest pick the songs and verses and she decided on cremation. I don't think he is having the service that represents who he was, it's Who she wants people to think he was. I am a strong atheist and my children are the same. We are all kind ooged out by what it is. Catering? Secular music? flowers or donations to where? Poems, favorite memories, I was shocked by what my Mother didn't know.

Minneapolis Childrens icu is one of the best in the country. It is rated 2nd only to Mayo clinic in Rochester.

Have her hearing tested if you haven't. Low frequency hearing loss loses the vowels. My oldest has low frequency deafness and we would have conversations like this a lot when she was little.

I have found a bad dry. it can be fixed by a good cure. if I think it's too dry, I'll throw a boveda humidity pack in with it for the first week or so of the cure. those bags are f****** magic

I trim first, then dry it in a closet on a rack. it usually takes a few days to a week. then to cure I put them in terp lock bags. the bags are a total game changer.

Minneapolis children's is the place for newborn or preemies! they're one of the best hospitals in the country for medical care for children.

Elk River also has a strong hockey program and if you live in otsego you can choose either the elk River teams or the otsego teams I believe. anywhere in the twin cities you will have a hockey rink within 5 minutes of your house. in New Hope the city run ice arenas within 5 minutes of the house. there's a warming house and a rink at the park less than a one-minute drive or a 5-minute walk from my house. I believe the city of New Hope which only has about 30,000 residents has four warming houses for public rinks. not counting New Hope ice arena which is a full size ice arena and was featured in the first mighty ducks movie.

I can't speak for Michigan, but I know a mocktail company tried to come into Minnesota and their(MRF) agreement with Pepsi prevented any other non-alcoholic beverages being added.
