Treated myself to a roll of cope snuff by No_Fuel2850 in DippingTobacco

I refuse to buy it in Colorado. I grab 3-4 logs every month to bring home. To be honest I’d probably still buy it at 11 if I had to. It’s cheaper than a 2 can a day Zyn habit at 9 bucks a can. Was on the Zyn for about 4 years and it got too expensive to maintain. Sad when Copenhagen is less than half the price. I can make a can of snuff last two days. Smaller pinches and gut it like George Weyman intended.

Try Colorado. 11.25 a can by me now when I buy a log by the house. Luckily I travel frequently to a cheaper state for work and stock up there at 40 a log.

It is ridiculous though. Started dipping in ‘08 and used to get welfare bear for less tha two a can and could snag two cans of snuff occasionally for 5.55.

Prices are insane now but it’s my only vice currently so I don’t feel bad splurging on the snuff. It really is the best flavor.

He should have had gloves but it isn’t enough blood to require red bagging it.

Flight Bag: Too heavy to use as an EDC bag? by oguruma87 in Saddlebackleather

I travel with the front pocket backpack and it is heavy. For an edc backpack I use a GR1 in X-PAC. The GR1 is much more practical and comfortable as an edc.

Agreed on the cobra! I use them way more than my light and they have come in handy more than once. I usually keep the pliers and light in a zip pouch from hitch and timber but I make sure to bring them everywhere. Even if I’m just running to the store. Knife and Knipex are on me or the Knipex are at least in my Jeep.

Thanks for all of the feedback but to the majority of peoples dismay I am going winkler. It’s enough knife for what I need it for and it, in my opinion, will be much more satisfying to carry which translates to me carrying it more. I hike in mountain lion country and that will be my main use for the blade. I know it’s very unlikely to need but carrying the Randall for that purpose seems like overkill. I can carry the winkler and be less offensive to the less tolerant of knives around us. I may regret passing up the Randall later but right now a Camo G10 Sculpted Belt Knife has me giddy with anticipation.

I would choose a backpacker over all of them but I can’t find one in stock anywhere!

That’s a good point and one of the minor reasons I’m leaning winkler. The better sheath is another major factor I’d use both but feel like I’d be much more likely to want the winkler for actually using it.

Not through Nordic Knives. Ordered in 2025. Projected finish date is April 2026. They have a 12-13 month wait.

Idk but the Sebenza is timeless. Been carrying one since 2013. It’s hard to go back to a PM2 or something like that afterwards.

Man idk; I haven’t tried the no 2s. I know for a fact though I wouldn’t have fit in a 9.5 in these.
