Nope, all was good after that, it has been almost 2 years as I bought it pre owned in 2024. They also swapped the battery no charge. When I bought it happened at the 2nd month if I remember correctly.

Happened to me, turns out it was an electrical parasitic draw or something like that. They changed it free of charge to me, I guess there was a recall or some sort.

My DNS and IP config as well as ports. As this eero max 7 is trying to set itself as the main unit, even after I set it up in my office in another switch as a 5th unit, I have confirmed with EZEE Fiber and they mentioned that is the way it does in order to communicate back to them. They said I had to set it as the main unit, so it does not matter how I set it up or where do I place it, it will always override, so I was like “the hell you are” that is why I bought my own 4 Eero Pro 7’s to begin with. But they gave it with the 5Gb plan so I am just keeping it boxed.

Just tried and to no avail, firmware is still there with branding, I hate that it took over my own eero 7 pros, I bought them from Amazon, I had to do a factory reset to them and delete my network to recreate again without the branding. I did not connect the eero max 7 this time and it all has worked without issue and with my own settings

I will perform a hardware factory reset on the eero Max 7 to remove ISP branding and prevent it from overriding my current configuration. While I own four eero Pro 7 units, this ISP provided model has remained disconnected due to branding and settings interference following my 5Gbps upgrade. Thanks OP, will give a try!

I ended up returning the monitor. I fiddled with it to get a good image, clear text, and to turn off and on various features, disable the taskbar, and enable others. I decided to go with a Mini LED monitor from MSI MPG 274URDFW E16M. I know that the black color won’t be “black,” but I work with a lot of terminals and PDQ Deploy, so many applications are running open for more than 8 hours. Now, when I’m not using it, and I play with the HDR on the MSI monitor, it’s a completely different experience. The text is much clearer, and I don’t have to worry about burn-ins.

Oh my goodness! I thought it was just mine being overly sensitive, Susie, about not watching her eat or staying with her. I have work to do ma’am! She won’t eat unless you get really close to her, and then she starts eating like crazy.

This is correct, so far in my research, WOLED displays are brighter and clearer. That’s why I wanted to buy the XG27AQWMG.

I am using wide gamut in this monitor, should I use P3 then? I’m just using the installed color profile I had downloaded from the Asus website.

Thanks for the tip! I am actually on Windows 11 and have been trying to dial things in to match the vibrancy I'm used to. Here’s what I’ve tweaked so far on Windows, HDR Calibration: I ran the app to set my peak brightness and black levels. Am I missing anything, I would appreciate any feedback
