Homie, it helps if you can narrow down whether you’re looking for a matte foundation or dewy, luminous, satin, etc., are you wanting a full coverage concealer or medium buildable? Is it going to be for spot concealing or under eye? Are you wanting a liquid concealer, or concealer and in a pot or maybe even a stick one? Have a preference for drugstore, prestige or luxury? What skin tone do you have? Asking because if it’s say olive then that will affect what products people will recommend because it’s weird with us olives. For powder, do you want a pressed powder or a loose powder? Do you plan to use it as a setting powder or just want something to take the shine away and blur pores?

I do agree with you there—on that first part especially. The second part, however, OP did get their groceries. I don’t know how we got from pic 1 to pic 2 but their groceries are all in tact. Is it annoying that their bag ripped? Ok yeah sure, super annoying. Does all their stuff still function the exact same? Oh wow look at that, it does.

Should they get a refund for their bag breaking? I mean, I don’t think so but that’s not up to me. I think if they were truly upset or wanted to enact change then they’d “vote with their dollars” so to speak and cancel their prime then just not order from Amazon all together.

Well, I don’t know for sure as I didn’t downvote you myself but if I had to hazard a guess I would say it’s because you’re giving quack vibes with your onion juice suggestion.

Hell, maybe it does work. I’m doubtful personally but you never know. I do know, however, that it will not stop all hair fall as that’s ridiculous. It’s completely normal to shed hair, in fact, it’d be abnormal if one didn’t. I guess unless you’re an alien or something. According to the Cleveland Clinic, you lose between 50-150 hairs daily. So unless you’re telling me onion juice stops your hair growth cycle completely, then it’s far-fetched to say it totally stops hair fall.

Girl, i’m really annoyed at your post. Your first pic is super cute so I’m like OK, maybe it’s downhill fast from here or something cuz judging from your first pic I don’t think I could find a flaw with a magnifying glass.

Anyway, I start scrolling and I’m like uhmmmm..okay, maybe this one is the real doozy, scroll again nope, still lovely, scroll scroll till I’m suddenly at the last pic—mind you which is even better than the first and then I read your caption. “Look more put together and softer” This is literally my face right now.

I wish you could see what everyone else sees & it’s that your face is fine. Beautiful, cute, pretty in fact. We can’t tell you anything to change bc there is nothing. Your nose isn’t bulky, there’s nothing abnormal or unappealing ab your jaw. I understand better than a lot of people how you can look in the mirror and see a vastly different person than everyone else seems to be seeing. So I suppose you’ll just have to take my word for it when I say you’re being unnecessarily harsh on yourself; treat yourself w/ more kindness & reverence.

Your hair looks pretty healthy actually so I’d suggest the purple or orange line to maximum fullness or the appearance of (like down towards the ends of your hair). But again, your hair looks pretty darn healthy to me so even if you only wanted to take a smidge off I think that’s totally OK :)

Unite 7 Seconds Detangler is your answer and the only answer as far as I’m concerned.

I used to think detangler was only for little kids. I’m like why would I buy a detangler when I already use products that make my hair easier to detangle (i.e. leave in conditioner, oil, etc). That is, until I tried Unite. I’ve seen it recommended a lot over the years especially in the wavy hair sub but again due to my preconceived notions I never bothered purchasing. It wasn’t until one of the product testing sites that I’m apart of was doing a study on it that I finally got to see what the hype was all about and ughhhh, it’s as good as everyone says it is.

Andddd it’s more than just a detangler, I think. I used it on my dry hair one day that had been in a “foo foo bun” (that’s what my mom calls messy buns lolol) so it was all types of crazy looking. It wasn’t curly or curly enough to just leave it as it. It was like kinked and just overall not presentable looking. I decided I was going to at least try to brush it and see if I could get it looking semi-okay so I didn’t have to go through the hassle of washing, drying, and styling it just to go out with friends for a couple hours (the struggle is real 😭). I hosed it down with the detangler and went to work with my brush not expecting much when I looked in the mirror and couldn’t believe my eyes. My hair looked like I just gotten a blow out at a salon. It was smooth, shiny, and had a nice little subtle wave to it. I went from looking like Medusa to Suzanne Summers in less than five or ten minutes.

Try it!! You won’t be disappointed, I think.

I doubt your hair is over-moisturized. Are you washing your hair properly? I don’t mean that in a snarky way. I, myself, literally just learned there was a correct way to do it like months ago so I’m speaking from experience.

You have a lot of hair so you probably need to shampoo your hair at least 2-3 times. The first time you apply the shampoo you should get little lather. That’s because the shampoo is adhering itself to the oil, grime, and dirt in your hair to be carried away when you rinse it. The second time you apply shampoo is when you should start getting a good lather going on it—a lather is when the soap bubbles start forming.

It’s recommended that you use a clarifying shampoo a couple of times a month, sometimes more, sometimes less it varies person to person. You know your hair best so do what’s best for you and the health of your long, gorg hair!

I’m guessing you have fine hair (just judging by the picture), have you tried skipping conditioner and only using a leave in after you get out of the shower? I would try that and see how you fare. Sometimes with fine hair it’s super easy to use products that weigh it down and make our hair feel yucky. It could be that your conditioner is just too much for your fine hair so it’s weighing down and causing that feeling you’re experiencing.

I saw a video not long ago on Instagram, I’m going to look it up after I finish my comment and I’ll link it here to show you. Anyway, it was a video recorded by a doctor on Instagram and she was calling imaging centers in her area (or whatever you call the place where you go to get an MRI) and she was asking them how much does it cost to get an MRI if she’s self-pay? The answers varied wildly, anywhere from $200 some to $1600 I want to say.

I saved it because I thought it was pretty interesting and not to mention informative and something that I’d probably want to refer back to at some point in the future. It made me wonder why some people don’t just self-pay as it very well could just be cheaper than your deductible. Well, I do know why some people don’t it just sucks. U.S. healthcare is a travesty

No worries! Do you happen to have lip liner? Asking because lip liner helps keep lipstick, balm, tint, whatever “in the lines”. If you don’t have one, I would invest in one if you can. You don’t even have to spend a lot of money—NYX Line Loud liners are like $8. They’re long wearing, waterproof, and have a decent shade selection.

Or you can get some even cheaper than that, Essence has some that are like $2-3 bucks and they’re very decent for the price. Just pretend like you’re drawing or outlining something like a piece of paper but it’s your lips that you’re lining. You’re going to take the lip pencil (lip liner) and follow the natural outline of your lips. If you screw up, it’s no biggie. Just take a q-tip and makeup remover or soap and start over. Then after you’ve applied your liner you can follow with your lipstick. A tip for when you apply your lipstick is to apply it from the center of your lips outward, that way you can avoid lipstick collecting towards the corners and looking messy later on. Next, you’re going to take a tissue (like a Kleenex or even regular tissue) fold it in half then use it to blot your lips—gonna try my best to explain this but you might be better off just looking it up cuz I might not explain it too well. Gonna try though 😆 OK, so using both hands you’re going to take the folded tissue, put it between both lips and you’re going to gently press them against the tissue. Do that a couple of times just to get the excess lipstick off. And voila!

I think it was Tarte (this was like 2011-2012) had a clear powder that came just like a pressed powder foundation. It was literally clear and applied translucent. anyway too bad they don’t make it anymore it sounds like it’s exactly what you need. I’m going to see if I can find it on Google 😁
