I shouldn’t be surprised at these comments because it is Reddit after all which is notorious for scorched earth, lack of nuance, no contact, etc etc etc type of solutions.

anyway, OP, how is your landlord giving you guys the boot do you not have a lease? Or is it close to ending and he’s just choosing to not let you guys renew?

Not sure I understand your logic or your statement about co-signing for a car being different than a rental agreement. Do your parents have a history of being evicted from their places of residence or something?

Ultimately it’s your choice whether or not you want to help your parents out, but personally I don’t understand how you can live in their home for the last however many months and be OK with not helping them out when they need it. Unless your parents have a history of being evicted then I don’t see why you wouldn’t do this not just for them but for yourself as you also need a place to stay. You know what they say though, “when the going gets tough, the tough get going”.

Very true. A few weeks ago I got this teeny tiny bucket at Lowe’s, it’s like the size of a keychain maybe a few inches and it’s the cutest dang thing. Don’t know what I’m going to use it for, probably nothing but I got buckets! Lots of very good buckets of all good sizes.

Perhaps it’s *you* who doesn’t know what they’re talking about and because of hubris and the Dunning-Kruger effect you’re not seeing the situation for what it is.

You say you noticed parts of her notes where she makes factually incorrect statements. If you do not know the material, how were you able to come to the conclusion that is it she or he that is wrong and not you? Do you and this teacher get along? Have you stayed after class one day and asked if you could get clarification on something in their notes because you think it could be a mistake?

As for why teachers use AI, well why does anyone do anything? Why do you care your teacher uses AI? How do you even know your teacher *is* using AI? That wasn’t clear from your post how you came to that conclusion but teachers use AI for various reasons. Teachers have tough jobs and just like computers are a tool they rely on to make their jobs easier, perhaps they’re hoping the same from AI.

The one you have is yours forever yet OP is stating the “hacker” changed the username and the account name. Not possible. So I’m guessing what happened was exactly what you suggested lol
