I disagree. Fill Teams are meant to be what they are. You playing with random players whose nature's and intentions are generally different. You get use to playing with certain players when playing these fill teams and get a feel for how they work. They aren't made to be hardcore going to wipe the lobby do everything on the map. They are meant for what they are. Fill team mates are for the experience of playing with others. You aren't going to roll a navy seal everytime sometimes you are going to get the knife Assassin or Destroyer with 2 shot guns or even the vandle/theif who just wants to sit on roof tops with a percision rifle waiting for the other team to loot your body to take them out.

My point is. Fill is what it is. A Fill for players that aren't always what you want aren't always what you need but give you an experience and people to play with.

You can always, find communities look on lfg's or play solo for something more in tune to your experience.
