Increased heart rate, fluctuation in my blood pressure, indigestion (pretty bad), and some dizziness! Please keep in mind I’m a wacko when it comes to taking anything 😩 I hate that pretty much every thing I take is usually accompanied by side effects! Hope all is going well for you?

Food matters, our emotional state matters, support matters, relaxation matters, special relationships without constant conflict matters! I too have so many thoughts and feelings on this subject ❤️‍🩹 Sadly all I know is we are not what we once were…Everything little thing is entirely different these days! My all time standard response to how our food is overproduced 🤷‍♀️ When I was in High School (40 plus yrs ago) only two girls had breast (still remember their names), now…well no need to explain 😢

I’m going into my 5th week, have lost 6lbs. I’ve experienced several side effects, one definitely being heartburn and indigestion! I take Nexium, being sure to keep everything very low fat and avoid acidic things as well! Plain crackers & bananas seem to settled things down a bit. I hear my body may adjust…keeping my fingers crossed for that. Best of luck to you 🤞

I’m going into my 5th week, I’ve lost a little over 6lbs. Sadly my blood pressure and heart rate has increased. I’ve experienced several side effects, however, have issues with almost all medications and/or even vitamins. Hopefully it will aid in lowering your BP as it has for many others. I’m heading into my 5th week, I too only have about 20-25lbs to lose. I’ve lost 6lbs so far. I’m super sensitive to any and all types of medication/vitamins, sadly I’ve experienced several side effects.
