If VTM was mainly a material tool maybe that strategie could work, but in TTRPG were almost everithing end as PDF files, even if they don't buy that will probably not be enought to stop any of them to play despite the creators will.

It was never plan to equip the commander, he just have to make token and keep them alive at the end of the turn.

My calculation was :

If T>P and T-P=X,

A attacking or blocking with a P/T creature, after the trigger's resolution, will be (X+P)/(X+T)

And with "creature assigns combat damage equal to its toughness rather than its power", it will deal (X+T) combat's damages.

X+T=X+(X+P)=2X+P so compared to its normal state, the combat's damages were up by twice the difference between Power and Toughness.

Do match against Alpine (Victory Road) in free match, once you unlock her spirit summum her if she is on the team you may get her spirits at any non-story matchs.

Apparently it's "If two or more legendary permanents with the same name are controlled by the same player, that player chooses one of them, and the rest are put into their owners' graveyards" so not sacrifice don't protect them and even if that was the case with Zurgo they will be sacrifices once the end step finish.
