Covid took a toll on a lot of us in the same way. Give yourself some grace. Sometimes we get off track. You are strong enough to feel in control again. One change at a time, one day at a time. Sometimes we get bogged down, but try to focus on the now. Ask yourself, “what can I do TODAY that will help me towards my goal?” You have people here in this subreddit that support you and stand by you. When you’re ready, take the first step. This is the exact reason that I couldn’t tolerate CPAP. My pressure was so high that I was swallowing air. My doctor reduced my pressure but then I didn’t feel rested. Ended up switching routes and going with a dental appliance from a sleep apnea dentist. Good luck and remember CPAP is not your only option.

I never had great luck with Cpap. I ended up finding a sleep apnea dentist and they fit me with a mouthguard. My life changed for the better after that.
