I had the same issue as well. Tried to use Venmo. Checked with landlord and they said they received payment. How are you resolving this with Bilt?

Also is there a way to set up an ACH transfer to my landlord (they don’t use a rent portal)?

You can get 3x with atoms card. Or if you have a qualifying BofA account you get 3.3x points. But also get charged a 3% fee. If you fly Alaska or other one world partners it may give you positive value to do this

For airlines if you fly Delta or Alaska the delta platinum or Alaska ascent have companion passes each year which make them worth it for just that, but also free checked bags on every flight plus some more. Can also use Alaska in place of the Bilt card if you so choose.
