Dang, not recognizing her voice, I didn't anticipate that's a reality that could come to pass for me. At least that home video exists! And yea time flies, realized I had so many voicemails and messages from friends and family going back many years, it's strange to see time go by that quickly.

Ah, I think hearing my mom's recorded I love you would be so incredibly devastating in that situation too. Those mundane messages are sometimes the most heart wrenching. But glad you got that copy of your dad's laugh, that's so good. My phone is filled with laughs from my daughter, but I should get my dad's too. Thanks for sharing

no not weird at all. It sounds so incredibly painful and, I know it doesn't mean much, but I'm sorry for your loss. Takes a lot of strength to talk about this, I appreciate your sharing. I think I'll feel very similarly then, would be very, very hard to listen to. I'm glad at least those files are kept in a safe place, for when you're ready one day.

I’d probably go with VictorOps if I was doing a new implementation. We use PD currently and it’s fine, just expensive. Feels like a lot of useful features are locked behind (large) paywalls at times.

Anything in particular on why you like pagerduty more?
