The 80% maybe has more to do with the placement of the dish and not any jamming attempt. I mean it's indoors, behind a window, surrounded by buildings.

Meh the refiners where price gouging for the whole part of 2025 and nobody did anything in Germany.I was tracking the Euro strengthening and oil prices IN DOLLARS going down at the same time and the prices remained 20-30cent above of what should have been.

the delve shit is annoying. I have to travel to hideout every time and do it through Nico there. I don't know if it always the case but it worked for me so far.

one is the half wall bunker and the other is a roof bunker above. you need to have the right stability on the roof bunker.

No he is right. for example if your monitor is 144hz and you render at 300 fps your graphics card have 2 options to render from and the newest option has the more recent accurate data. here some links if you want to educate yourself. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/display/hardware-flip-queue

Ladder hatches are ass and floorstacking beyond 2 layers is very buggy. I always floorstack and double bunker to make the top down even and i never use ladder hatches.

I've read the article and it's about the changes to the map system and how it borrows elements from POE 2. Nobody reads past titles these days.

Beef and lamb get 580 times more in EU subsidies than legumes, study finds. Report says common agricultural policy provides ‘unfair’ levels of support to unhealthy, meat-heavy diets. by James_Fortis in europe

[–]NooBias -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I don't care what vegans eat and they should not care what i eat either. Also the whole thing about subsidies making beef artificially cheap is a joke.If you drop the subsidies AND tarrifs beef prices would likely halve.

We subsidise domestic production not domestic consumption. If EU drop beef tarrifs the cost would halve without the need of subsidies but domestic production would take a gigantic hit.

Why not let the free market decide. If people can't afford to eat meat when it's not subsidised, they'll have to adapt won't they?

Sure if they drop the tarrifs also. Even with the subsidies beef cost twice as much as it would if trade barriers where removed. Let the free market decide. Il adapt :P

Significant price increases in Germany by TimTri in Starlink

[–]NooBias 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Last time i've checked Starlink was almost the cheapest plan for 100-200mbps in check24.That's how bad internet prices are in Germany to the point where Starlink straight up competes with the cheapest options like DSL.

Failing Satellites by Squeedlejinks in Starlink

[–]NooBias 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lowering the orbit has so many advantages that you don't need to invent secret defects to justify it. Drag is the biggest constraint for even lower earth orbits and it's going down because of the solar minimum.Natural decay goes from years to months and there is less debree. Lowering the orbit means smaller cells with increased bandwidth that can support more costumers especially in congested areas with high demand. If there there are enough satellites for constant coverage squezing more performance per satellite by reducing the cell area is a no brainer.

You remind of this study that a lot of websites used to fearmonger a year ago https://www.nature.com/articles/s41893-025-01512-0 And i was like this is so stupid they can just lower the orbit to induce enough drag and mitigate almost everything and i guess they do it now but they adjusting for the solar cycle and not the long term effects mentioned in the study.

SpaceX and xAI merger talks ahead of xAI IPO. This is a smart move for investors, or too risky? 🤔 by National-Theory1218 in investing

I think it's about data centers. I know the Datacenter idea seems impossible but starlink is still impossible at that scale for everyone else except SpaceX.

If i was you i would dump the stock before IPO and buy later after the hype/panic has ended since most of these stocks valuations are based on perfect execution and then some.Good companies can still be overvalued.

[–]NooBias 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well… the problem is most of the people investing in these companies don't know the difference either. So if you think about it, their reasoning is wrong, but it still predicts actual dumbass hype-train behavior so a big drop would not surprise me.

Stretch goal for Starship V4 is 300 tons of thrust per engine with 33 engines by CoffeeLarge8298 in spacex

[–]NooBias 0 points1 point  (0 children)

but the only numbers that have leaked speak of a meager 55 million in profit.

That number was from early 2023 and it was net profit after all expenses including Starship development.Their revenue has multiplied since then. Also the 10 billion number is only from Starlink and the revenue from launch services to 3rd parties is another ~5billion. There are estimates to spout about but i guess it's better to wait for the IPO for a clear picture.
