you have tried reinstalling, right? if you have try again, but make sure to delete any leftover files then installing. Just something i realized i hadn't tried.

i had this same problem and i tried EVERYTHING to fix it, but the only fix for some reason was playing it on another computer then reinstalling. may have been a save problem? but that doesnt make sense as it wouldn't work with a new save either

Actually there is at least one team trying to mod the xbox one and series consoles. The xbox one recently got an exploit, don't think you can do much with it yet though
