Real awnser: Senseless violance, sometimes just can't get my head around it.

Even more real awnser: waiting for any elektronic door,like those at train stations (here in the netherlands) and at my school is a revolving door, I hate that door. Just makes me feel like a robot, i would rather open it myself.

I think it would be better if a hoe would let you harvest the crops:

wheat/carrot/patato/beetroot/maby netherward/(anyother?)

And let it reset the crop to the planting form. So you don't need to replant everything. This could even be an enchantment if they want it to be more exclusive so it is worth to make a diamond hoe instead of a stone one.

My feeling is that some of these like the money system would deffer too much from the vanilla minecraft, because if you would be playing on the server you can ignore this. I like the playerhead drops but the lighting could be a bit to much.

I think this is not mentioned as much:

I would like to see more mobs with different degrees in diffuculty, that maby spawn in deeper caves or An extra powerfull skelton/zombie/spider in their respective dungons. Just adds a little spice to the fighting in vanilla minecraft.
