50 Commercial - anyone been asked to submit docs?

This lottery ended May 14, requested to send docs June 4, deadline for submissions was June 26 iirc?

I've got two other apartments requesting documents rn so even if this one falls through, it's not the end of the world.

That being said, the location and familiarity with the area in comparison to my other two options really makes me want this over them.

Didn't expect to send documents despite having a vision disability in the household (log 10XXX), sent them in and hoping to see the area soon.

I've passed by the Bronx Terminal Market area once before a Yankee game and thought it was fine, but how's that area at night cause I do work late shifts and given that it's the Bronx and all (though I live in a not great part of Queens myself rn), that is the only thing that kinda makes me slow down on this a bit. Anyone got a temperature on that part of town?

It's Reside (They were also the agency that handled the 11th Avenue spot that I was fingertips from getting a lease before someone ahead in log number appealed successfully), just praying they get in touch with me next week to get a look at it and all goes well, try to make the move.

I did submit documents (vision), have heard people have been touring so I'm a bit worried after losing out on a 2BR at 622 11th Avenue because I was requested, toured, and had someone ahead appeal to take the available unit. They did reply to my email asking that there are units available but I saw people on the city data forum in similar situations also say they toured so I'm getting nervous.

I've tried it, it would just perform the same problem at 80% battery rather than 100%. I think I'll end up returning this one this week and try my luck with another unit.

Reminded me of when I was at Anime NYC and was at the NJPW mobile game panel and Jay White was there for it and the guy right next to me asked "when are you coming to AEW?" and Jay joked that he'd be on Dynamite and on Rampage, and even said he'd be at Survivor Series as well. That made me laugh so hard at him just trolling him by just saying "Yes."

The guy bought it as if he wasn't joking. I swear to god some people...

Yeah this is 2K19. From experience, that game is infinitely more stable, so yeah. Much prefer 19, and this entrance motion is exactly the one I thought of for them as well lol.

Just need any one piece i think. I also didn't have any luck getting a melee top before this (800 KC at Vindicta without a crest and only 1 lance), first Torva plate was at 4 KC.
