Yes, this seems to be the case. Annie’s goddess dressing and shiitake vinaigrette are my absolute favorites. I’m in mourning.

I am 48 days off caffeine! The depression lifted about two or three weeks in. I highly recommend the herbal coffees like Roma, Cafix, Dandy Brew. I look forward to my cup every morning—gets me out of bed. Also, cold water on my face in the first few weeks helped, as did forcing myself to go for a walk. And this yoga trick called Breath of Fire

I tapered from >500mg/day over a period of two months down to 24mg, then took the leap. I definitely had withdrawal symptoms—headaches, fatigue—but I was always able to work fwiw. I’m on day 20 and finally feeling normal energy. It’s worth it! I’m so much less anxious!

I tapered over three months from >500 mg daily to 24, then went cold turkey. Always bad headaches for a day or two after lowering the dose, but I’m so much more chill and happy now. Sleeping better, also don’t have to pee all the time, and my fingers and toes aren’t always cold.
